How does the SameDay service work?
Every call received Mon-Fri before 12pm is connected to a technician who will diagnose your problem on the phone. If the technician believes the problem can be fixed remotely, access will be requested to login to your computer in an attempt to fix the problem as quickly as possible. If the technician sees that he cannot rectify the problem remotely, a home or office visit will be scheduled to finish the work. We offer a two-hour window of time when the technician is guaranteed to arrive. No fees are charged for travel time. You will only be charged for time spent working on your PC, and if we cant fix the issue, the service is free.
Customer service personnel narrow your problem on the phone to minimize the time spent at your location, and as a result, the cost of fixing your computer. In many cases, we will start the repair service from a remote location. By the time a technician gets to you, the service is nearly complete saving you time and money!
Why is remote support used?
The SameDay PC team is trained to always provide the quickest and cheapest solution to customers.
