Ron came to my home and did a diagnosis and recommended I have a clean install of Windows. I didn’t know what to believe so I trusted him. Ron backed up all my important data and then reinstalled windows. He installed all my software and inserted all my files back onto my computer. It has been 3 months and my computer works like new.
